Does the discount work on sale items?
Yes. Your trade discount comes off the price shown, including items already on sale.
Can I use other discount codes as well?
No. Your trade discount is used instead of other codes, as it is usually the better deal.
How do I move up to Trade Plus?
Once your orders with us reach £2,000, your account moves up to 15% off. You do not need to do anything.
Do I need to sign in to get my price?
Yes. Sign in with the email address you applied with. Your trade price only shows while you are signed in.
